Cancellation and Privacy Policy
Cancellations
At Servings we realize that using only the freshest ingredients creates the best meals for you! We also understand that life is often unpredictable and that you may not be able to attend your booked session. Cancellations are taken until 11 am two days prior to your booked session.
If you must cancel your session with less than 48 hours until your session time, we will fill your order for you and charge our pickup fee for doing so. These fees will be charged to the credit card given at the time of booking and your meals will be waiting frozen for you at our store. A time will be arranged for you to come in and pick them up.
Pick up fees:
12 meals: $30
6 meals: $15
Privacy
Any information provided to Servings Inc. or volunteered by clients at the time of registration will be used solely by Servings Inc. for the purposes of session
registration and payment. Servings Inc. will not, in any way, use, sell, rent or trade customer information provided by clients to any other company or organization.
