Pick your meals
Each month Servings offers a variety of menu items to pick from. You can choose to purchase 6 or 12 meals with serving sizes of 2-3 or 4-6 depending on your needs.

Have a look at our calendar and choose a session time that works for you. You can choose to come in and assemble your meals or pick them up and have us assemble them for you.
Book your Session
To book a session, simply phone 960-6655 or book online. All sessions are prepaid to guarantee your spot. Sessions need to be booked a minimum of 2 days in advance.
Come into Servings
Come into Servings at your scheduled time and trade your coat for an apron. Our staff is always ready to help you along the way and want you to experience meal assembly made easy.

Grab ’n Go
We always have a selection of fresh meals available every day. To make sure we have the meal you want, just call us before 12:00 pm and we can make your meal for you and have it ready to pick up at 3:00 pm. Check out our menu and give us a call.
We can also customize your Grab ’n Go order for you. If you order ahead you can let us know how you want it made.

When are your session times?
We offer a wide range of meal assembly and pick-up sessions from Tuesday thru Saturday. Check out our calendar for session details.
Can I customize my order?
Sure! We do our best to make your meals just how you like them. Make sure you tell us if you have any special instructions with your menu picks so we can customize your order when we prepare it. Also, don’t forget to let us know if you would like one of your meals out of the freezer for your dinner that night.
Will you assemble my meals for me? Can I just pick them up?
We also offer a pick up service, it’s for those of you who just don’t have the time to come in and assemble the meals yourself. You can order off the same monthly menu with all the same fresh ingredients except we will make it for you. Tuesday to Friday pick up time starts at 4:30 pm to 6 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2 pm.
Do you host private parties?
If you would like a private party (minimum of 8 people) we will be happy to host your get together at one of our standard session times or choose a time that works for your group. Please call 780-960-6655 for availability and private party bookings. Don’t forget to ask about our hostess specials!
How do I actually assemble my meals?
We lay out all the ingredients in the order on the recipe, complete with the correct measures. We want you to relax and enjoy the experience, our staff is on hand to help you with any questions you might have and to complete your meals with any sides that are included. Once you have completed your first meal you place it in the refrigerators, wash your hands and move on to the next station to assemble your second meal.
What happens at the end of my session?
Once you have finished your meal assembly session, load your meals into your cooler or box and take them home to your freezer. We suggest that you might want to leave one out for your dinner that night but it’s up to you.
Do you have a coffee area?
If you are waiting for a friend please help yourself to a complementary fresh cup of coffee or other beverage. We’ve got some big comfy chairs to help relax you and get ready to experience meal assembly. When you are ready, if it’s your first time we will walk you through the assembly process. If you are a pro at it you are welcome to get started whenever you are ready. For first timers every station is set up with one of the menu recipes. We have done our best to provide you with clear instructions to assemble your food.
What’s your cancellation policy?
At Servings we realize that using only the freshest ingredients creates the best meals for you! We also understand that life is often unpredictable and that you
may not be able to attend your booked session. Cancellations are taken until 11am one day prior to your booked session. If you must cancel your session with less than 24 hours to go we will fill your order for you and charge our pickup fee for doing so. These fees will be charged to the credit card given at the time of booking and your meals will be waiting frozen for you at our store. A time will be arranged for you to come in and pick them up.
